Your Role at UBIMET:

  • Dynamic Support:
    • Dive into diverse tasks, from creating impactful reports, and decision-making materials to managing daily operations.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Collaboration with the C-level and founders.

    • Partner with the COO on internal projects, analyzing data and contributing to decision-making.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee internal projects, collaborating on strategic initiatives while ensuring standardized project controlling and reporting. Additionally, generate key analyses and reports to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Effective Communication:
    • Engage with various departments, streamlining communication for optimal efficiency.

Job requirements

We are looking for a driven and motivated individual with strong potential:


  • Educational Background: University/FH degree with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
  • Tech Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office, adapting swiftly to new digital tools.
  • Versatile Qualities: Detail-oriented, proactive, and empathetic with a keen interest in a digital-driven world.

For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.361,34 gross per month. Significant overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and experience.
