Job requirements

What you will be working on:

  • Customer Acquisition: Build a strong customer pipeline through market identification, strategic campaigns, contact list creation, cold calling, and persistent follow-up. Efficiently convert prospects into successful deals.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop growth and revenue strategies, focusing on segment, account, and bid strategies.
  • Contract Management and Upselling: Manage existing contracts, emphasizing continuous renewals, upselling opportunities, and effective offer preparation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers. Identify, manage, and supervise sales partners, resellers, and contractors.
  • Brand Positioning and Reporting: Utilize social media, websites, professional magazines, and trade shows to strategically position Nowcast solutions. Provide regular reports and forecasts on a monthly basis.


We are seeking dynamic and success-oriented individuals with the following qualifications:

  • Sales Professional with international experience and a strong record in executing growth strategies
  • Ability to open doors up to executive level management
  • Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate with potential customers and clearly understand their specific needs
  • Strong target orientation and deal closing attitude
  • Degree in Physics, Meteorology, Engineering or Business Administration
  • Excellent German and English Skills
  • Willing and open to travel
